An exercise in "working a subject" - 12 different images with a single subject, my Christmas cactus. Yesterday, on day #1, it was a straight "portrait" - the type of image that is appropriate for a descriptive book on flowers. Today we're at the opposite end of the spectrum shooting straight into the end of the blossom and using selective focus to throw everything into a soft blur except for this end piece (added an arty frame just for the heck of it). We're not in Kansas anymore.
