11/17/08 - More Infrared

Another infrared taken with an IR converted D70 on a foggy morning in a light rain. If nothing else this image should clarify whether sunlight illuminated foliage is required for the stereotypical IR look of white foliage. Not. The aid that IR gave to this image over a regular B&W is the way it highlights the contrast between the paved path and green grass - especially if you like leading lines in your image.

Nikon D70
1/2s f/11.0 at 40.0mm full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto
