It was a spectacular morning weather-wise for this area with temps near 60 (F). Enough to send me out the door with my infrared converted D70 & tripod. Walked a couple of miles and stopped every five minutes or so and forced myself to make an image from where ever I happened to be. Good practice - especially when whatever the image might be, the fact that it was IR needed to be considered. This stop was fairly easy.
Processed the RAW image with Capture NX2 and then completed the B&W conversion using Silver Efex Pro to add a little tonality and an "old-fashioned" aged white vignette.
