A chronological series of images from roughly 6:30 AM until 3PM 10/14/05 while on Skyline Drive, Shenandoah National Park. It was a mostly drizzley, foggy day - great for photography. I was supposed to meet my camera club for a field trip - but they bailed because of the weather. This represents a typical day for me on my weekly trips to the park - in at Thornton Gap (mile 31); south to Big Meadows or a little beyond (mile 51); back north to the Front Royal entrance (mile 0).
