Interesting monument with multiple clocks encircling the top showing times in different areas of the world, whilst the base shows a map. This has long stopped functioning and is just another derelict soviet history item. It's interesting to imagine a hot summer 1970's day when this was working and an object of fascination for children and adults alike.
