I spent a few days in Muscat, Oman, immediately after Dubai. It was a short trip during which time I befriended a chap from Liverpool (what are the chances?) who was kind enough to give me a tour of Muscat by car...which was when the vast majority of these pictures were taken! Temperature ranged from 27-32 degrees celsius. People were friendly enough. English is not as common or as strong as in other former British protectorates but most people can help you with the basics.
