This trip to India has included visits to Calcutta, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Delhi. Here's the bit where I confess to being a bit of a work-a-holic. Found a morning to visit the Victoria Memorial in Calcutta. Shamefully, I didn't wander the streets of Mumbai and so missed countless opportunities to capture the shoreline at night with its rising skyscrapers and incessant lights from countless cars. Very New York...from a distance. I hope to make amends in February 2006! Same story in Ahmedabad - too much work into the wee small hours and too exhausted to get up early enough to do the decent thing and have a look around.

Needless to say, my love affair with India continues and I can't wait to go back there in February.
