Taken as I walked the very short distance from the Taipei World Trade Centre to the Grand Hyatt Hotel. I looked up and saw this chap who I thought was abseiling until I realised otherwise. Just one of those things that struck me as really funny. A security guard was laughing as I took the picture. Fair enough. He sees the abseiling-windown-cleaner everyday but for me it was a novelty.
