Arranged to have the UK bank holiday as a day off in a trip otherwise without days off. Needless to say, the day did involve some hours of work after all. Nevertheless, did manage to spend the late morning and early afternoon visiting India Gate, Humayun's Tomb, Lotus Temple (closed), and Qutab Minar. Red Fort is closed on Mondays and so had to be missed on this occasion.

Had the company of Ken Purnell (work colleague), as well as Lisa and Sarah who work for another university. Although we took many photographs between us, we were also the subjects of a lot of other people's pictures and were frequently asked to pose with Indian families and their friends. All in good spirits.
