The Grange & St. Augustine's Church

The Grange is a Grade 1 listed building of great historic and architectural value. Designed as a family home by Augustus Welby Northmore Pugin. A.W.N. Pugin started the Victorian Gothic Revival. His drawings were used for the exterior and interior decorative features in the Houses of Parliament. Further information about this house can be found @ http://www.pugin.com/pugrang.htm St. Augustine's Church is adjacent to the Grange. Despite having a private chapel in the Grange, Pugin built St. Augustine's for himself. It was begun in 1844 and is also a Grade 1 listed building.
