Very nice looks like some kind of Eider duck but then, I do not know your NH species too well. V

I love this goose face, with the bit of grass caught in the serrations of the upper bill, and the rather alarmed look geese get when they sense, see or hear a threat. My sister has these big fowl as pets and they are the best watch "dogs" -- alerting the family to anyone coming in the 1/8 mile long drive. These are formidable birds, it's easy to discern their dinosaur ancestors in the often snake-like movements of their long necks, and in the aggression of their bites.
