The chopped-off head of a frog-fish hangs dangling in the wind, with its mouth forced wide open by some bent plastic stick.
Its eyes are picked out by gulls and ravens, and it all comes across as plain grotesque and somehow disrespectful.
And frankly, I just cannot see the point... :-(
