Timber line

A downpour sweeps the barren mountains, drenching the last tree standing on the timber line, which here lies around 950m ASL.
Here alongside the road to the old fishing settlement Fiskevollen in Rendalen, Hedmark, Norway.
The mountain w/ the cairn in the background is Kverningshøgda/1275m, and to the right Marsfjellet/1228m.
