Juvenile White-tailed Eagle (Haliaeetus albicilla), distinguished by its black beak, dark brown head/neck, and the absence of white in the tail.
This one is eating on a raven, which six of them was fighting over! One of the other youngsters is sitting in the background.
That said, these are not nestlings either. It takes them 6 years to grow a full adult plumage!
