Perspective - of lines, of time, of life.
For some deep elusive reason I cannot explain, I'm always in awe when close to subjects like this.
They seem so timeless somehow, as opposed to my own transience - exposing my own insignificance, vulnerability, and ultimately my inevitable fate...
But at least I know that for a second in time, my humble footprints were there, in the the sand by its side.
Maybe I'm a lunatic, but sometimes I simply have to touch them, feel them, and sometimes I even find myself talking to them :)
