I have a little snake looks like this one, who took up residence in my mailbox last week with all the heavy rains in our area in (Largo FL in the center of the Pinellas County). It is having a great time eating the plump bottomed black ants living in the mailbox too. I have ran it out, but to no avail, it has returned and now knows to stay in the back of the box to not be hit by the mail. Once it dries out will it leave or stay until all the ants are eaten?
