This palatial estate located northwest of Moscow was last owned by Felix Yusupov (Prince) who is rumored to have murdered Rasputin. After the revolution he fled to France. In the 1930's the Soviets built a sanitorium for the military on these grounds. It is now used as a park and we enjoyed a wonderful concert in the museum, right under the cuppola.
