October 2009, after checking out apples and cheese in Canton, we traveled to Towanda, the Bradford County Seat, to have a pleasant lunch in a café at an adaptively reused train station. This is a portion of the town's historic district that features a great view of the North Branch of the Susquehanna River.
The town has an excellent sampling of architecture of the late 1800s, used in buildings from cottages to commercial.
