The Ceramics Club at Montgomery County Community College sponsored a demonstration of wheel-thrown porcelain on Saturday, November 19, 2005. The artist was Hide Sadohara, an artist-in-residence at The Clay Studio in Philadelphia at the time of this demo. Mr. Sadohara demonstrated amazing skill in creating truly unique pieces.

It was fascinating to watch him add various designs to wheel-thrown vessels. The pieces he threw in the first hour of the demo would have been a semester's work for some of us!
