This solid little structure is along the Manatwny Creek, located outside the town of Oley, this was the "empty nester"
home of Johan and Deborah DeTurk who originally lived in a large farmhouse across the road. The associated large
farm was in the hands of their descendants well into the 19th century. The DeTurk ancestry was French Huguenot.
