My dad started this tree from a grapefuit seed quite a few years back. It's hardly a bonsai, but I am trying to work it into
something manageable as a memorial to Dad. That's a fifteen inch pot -- note standard 12 ounce (354 mL) beer bottle
(Pottsville PA's finest!) The trunk has been cut down after successfully sprouting a new leader several years ago. This
is a way of getting more taper in a trunk, assuming the jagged offset of the chop eventually blends in. ID: #024
