Up the hill on the left, our hotel, on the center right,
the former Norfolk & Western passenger station. There
is a historical museum there, plus the O. Winston Link
Museum with fabulous photographs of the last years of
N&W steam locomotives operating. There was also a
featured exhibit on industrial designer Raymond Loewy,
who designed the modernization for the station done in 1949.
