Looking up, at left partially out of sight is
the steam dome which helps keep the water out
of the lines and also contains the throttle valve.
The fully visible dome at left center would carry
sand to be dribbled down onto the rails for traction
under slippery conditions. On the right side of the
sand dome is a classic Pyle National steam driven
turbo-generator for the headlight and other electricity needs.
