This is targeted to be a serving platter shaped and styled like a painter's palette. A form
has been created out of several layers of foamcore with the edges tooled to an angle which
will be used to create a raised rim around the perimeter and the thumb hole. It appears
quite large because it is allowing for 12 to 15% shrinkage. The clay is white stoneware clay.
