Shot from a raised bank on the west side of the trail, we see major headway on a
replacement for the Salford Station Road bridge over the Perkiomen. The shorter
curved section in the foreground is a smaller bridge over the mill race which
will also be replaced. Both original bridges date from the early 1930s.
