The Philadelphia Bourse was a commodities exchange organized in 1891 and this building was completed
in 1895. It is one of the first steel framed buildings constructed. The facade incorporates Carlisle
redstone, Pompeian buff brick and terra cotta. In the late 20th Century, the building was acquired by a new
owner and restored; it is now home to offices and retail space as well as a food court on the main floor.
