Mounted on the 40D with the 24-70 f2.8L attached. One of the reasons for acquiring this flash was
that light from the pop-up flash built in was about 30% blocked with the 24-70 at full extension
(even without the hood). Getting the flash further off-axis should considerably reduce red-eye issues too.
