Here's the rig shown with the Bogen flex arms attached. I've also added a couple of Stroboframe "cold shoe" attachments to hold flashes. These cold shoes are good for a couple of reasons. They have a wide area to firmly grip the flash foot, and they also are cut out so that the pins of a flash don't short out against the shoe.

After taking this picture I also added a strip of adhesive backed soft foam on the top of the bar to serve as a no slip grip for the camera.
