Remember, at top center, above doorway, was the track and field record board listing best performances by our athletes in the midget, junior, and senior categories. And at the time I think only the boys performances were displayed.

I was saddened by the fact that Simcoe, at that time, had the least amount of spectator space of all the county schools. We had the largest amount of students - 1,200.
