That's a bunch of people working on one board!! Looks like redwood? Gonna be a nice sun shade! Just read an article about loaning out power tools - (even to volunteers like this). Unless you include all original manuals and warning papers, give detailed safety insturctions and have them sign a waiver, you are very vulnerable to a lawsuit in case of an accident.
