| We visited Meredith, Jason and their dog Charlie in early March. Our visit included a cool, breezy day with Meredith at the San Diego Zoo Wild Animal Park. The balloon tours were grounded because of the wind, but we were able to ride the tram around the park. We especially enjoyed watching the baby elephant calf born on Valentine's Day, just two weeks before and our dog Jupiter's birthday. It was great to meet Jason and of course Charlie. On the road to and from San Diego, we twice ate at the Los Manjeres de Pepe Mexican restaurant in Yuma. Highly recommended! |
