| We decided to send some weekdays at our cabin in Strawberry, AZ, August 13-16, 2013. The high temperatures in the Phoenix metro area were hovering over 110 degrees, so it was an excellent time to enjoy the cooler weather in the pine country. This trip featured blueberry pancakes for breakfast, walks with Mateo and Muchacha, lots of relax time and a stormy drive home on the spectacular -- and unpredictable -- Beeline Highway.
