"Happy to report the JS Riders are alive and well! Ed, Geoffrey, Ron S., Hossein and myself met this morning for a breakfast ride to Payson Airport, and then on to Woods Canyon Lake, about 200 miles round trip. Beautiful morning, lots of snow roadside going up the rim. Ooops, slight problem at Woods Canyon - couldn't get to the Lake because the snow was too deep and the road wasn't plowed yet. Time for Plan B, which calls for us to keep riding until we come up with Plan C. So, we rode to Heber, and decided it was such a nice day we'd go on to Showlow and back through Salt River Canyon and Globe. A very enjoyable 340 mile loop. Great day for riding, good roads, good company, good time."
