Derby Day... I hate mint in anything other than Mint Chip ice cream or maybe a junior mint stolen from a kids stash of Halloween candy every few years. Mint and Bourbon is wrong on so many levels. Going to the Derby is a bucket list item for me and someday, Tracy and I'll be there with me sipping a mint julep and her in a giant wide brimmed hat... Someday- I'll have mint and bourbon to round out this bucket list in true fashion.
