I am up there with the worlds most picky eaters. I don't often try new things and live on a diet of what I like and what I can stand to eat. Raw veggies, all day long. Steamed, fine- put them in cream based soup, or covered in sauces, dressings or other awful things and I'll tap out. Plain food is always a safe bet. Cheesecake until today was on the do not eat list. Cheese and Cake shall not be combined. Only Peanut Butter and Jelly, and Milk and Cereal, and a few other select combinations, but not cheese and cake. Wrong!

Today, was a epic day. I tried these raspberry cheesecake muffins that a good friend made for my family under protest, but I did it. These things were like actually made from scratch and not from some betty crocker bag of mix or box of blandness- these were created with love! I gave in to the snide comments of my wife and her friend and tried "cheesecake". I'll add it to the list of approved foods going forward but it'll still be trumped by Key Lime Pie- everyday that choice is available.
