Camera's, they are gone. Truck window smashed. I cannot take the pictures no more with Nikon D800. D300, I use it very much, love it lots, and use many lenses for D300! D800 is gone, lost and very afraid. I shall now ask Jobu to come, take fear from cameras. I offer him cigar, demon rum. He will come. Camera come home, so Jobu says!

My truck got broken into this week while traveling and a bunch of my gear was taken. I have had the pleasure of working with a local suburban police agency near Chicago on this incident and they are top notch guys who are all about catching this thief. My insurance should cover most of my loss and we'll move on to better days. Ultimately I think this truck is cursed as being vandalized in March, then a broken windshield in June and now this latest fiasco led me to get Jobu to make everything okay- Don't drink Jobu's Rum!
If anything else happens to this vehicle, it's contents or passengers I swear to fucking Jobu I am going to throw chicken blood on this thing,....
