Going going gone

Your rights are going, going and soon to be gone. While I won't wade into the debate of the Confederate Flag directly, it's yet another symbol that's offensive so we ban it. Hide it, remove it and never to be talked about again in publc. Okay, great, all is right in the world now right? NO- Ferguson is celebrating the second anniversary of anarchy tonight and a bunch of other wrongs were not righted. Don't be upset when they find the US Flag offends people and it too gets banned? Laugh and call me paranoid and say it could not or won't ever happen. I never thought the Duke Boys would get banned from TV Land over a car called the General Lee? But they did and so have a bunch of war memorials and other civil war era items that are guilty by association to the evil flag and what it represents. I find it funny that I have a hard time finding stars and bars but Nazi and ISIS regalia is all over Amazon and other sites for sale? Agendas are in play.

I drive by this house every day in my travels here in the Yankee Country of Ohio well above the Mason Dixon line and this flag popped up the other day. It makes me happy, not for the flag, but that someone is standing up with a big F YOU to the folks who want to abolish everything to fit neatly into their agenda and perfect world. Bad things have happened, learn from it, grow and embrace culture and difference rather than banning what offends you, otherwise this great country is going, going gone. It's called history, we are supposed to learn from it and not forget it, doing so will cause it to repeat itself and that is not something anyone should ever endure again!

I understand Lynn. I can't imagine seeing another country flag taking precedence in the USA like the Mexican flag does in your state.... It's bewildering, you nailed it-

Banning things is bad- I still feel we as Americans are under attack in a war of political correctness and they will stop nowhere. Today it's this and it stops only when enough folks stand up and say enough....

Our Confederate soldiers are Texas heroes. I feel bad that we are ashamed of them now. But I'm not so sure about the Flag. When I see our many illegal immigrants flying their Mexican flags on everything, including cars... it bothers me. If I saw a Nazi flag anywhere except a Museum, I would be concerned at the very least. So, now the Flag of the Confederate States of America falls somewhere in between for me. It's confusing and bewildering and sad, but I think it's for the best in the long run.
