Day 7 of the 12 dogs of Christmas and here we have Max who is pretty much the ambassador of my development. Max, along with his owner who I have affectionately started calling Mayor Joe since he walks 7 miles some days with this maniac of a well behaved oversized Yorkie going up and down each of our streets. Joe and Max know more about whats going on in this neighborhood than the rest of the homeowners combined. I appreciate seeing him each day from my office window.
