Bill, the bug guy is one of those people in life that just love to chat, talk and carry on a conversation. The only problem with that is, I need to work- in my home office and GSD (Get shit done). My bug guy, is here to solve my ant problem and I only need one thing done, to have them killed/eradicated and gone from my life. I don't care how? I need not be aware of the chemical compounds and strength of the nuclear liquid bug destroying agents your putting down. I don't need to hear about a case of ants in 1981 in some dusty attic that were so thick it took 4 treatments to get them all. Especially don't need to hear about all the other pest you come into contact with daily. Just make them go away.

Bill has been here now going on three hours. I love him and value his services as he is the best around but enough chit chat, more bug killing.
