I grew up in a home with a gas stove/oven- about 30 years ago. Since then, every appliance we have had has been Electric. Being the one who uses the stove the most in my house, I have realized I don't have the art of cooking anymore with this new fancy gas range with double ovens. Cooking anything decent eludes me…

I am doing good to boil water on this thing, as everything else is burnt or so undercooked its inedible. (just ask my kids)

Lots of frozen waffles in our future if I don't learn to cook on this range.
