Nice. The fact that the background is so well blurred out and the foreground is relatively uniform puts all of the focus on our avian friend and more importantly his (?) pose. It's almost "the moment before the decisive moment" thing, when you can imagine him taking flight with head focused on something far away, and wings swept back ready to be unfurled in flight.
