Had a bunch of action on our home over the past few weeks. Today, we had a showing and I really did not give two $hits about doing it. So much in the I don't care camp that we stayed home and just kept out of the peoples way. To our surprise, the couple who came to see it were nice and sincere. Not the evil trolls I had envisioned coming to view my home that just won't sell. While I had no intentions of taking todays thing serious, after talking for over an hour to this guy and hearing his life story and telling them about the house and neighbors he said we'd be hearing from him? He's a pilot for American Airlines closing in on retirement and our home fits his needs. We'll see? I have been here before and got my hopes up- and then been burned!

Skeptical and a little frightened at this whole fact we may finally sell this place? Been burned back in December to the point of wanting to just stay put. But somehow todays open house feels different?

I am guessing I'd better start looking at Zillow again??????

Not 30 minutes after leaving my house I get a call from my realtor. The guy and his girlfriend who looked at our home at now "at odd's" with one another over "what" home to buy. I have some crazy girlfriend who doesn't even live with this guy trying to have him as her baby daddy and wants him to buy a "bigger" house. FML…. I really am done. DONE!
