Dad’s and Daughters? What is there to say other than how can you not say yes to them. Puppy? Sure. New phone? Absolutely. Can we get hermit crabs Daddy? 2 of them…. When it comes to most reasonable things regarding my two daughters there are more yeses than no’s. Firm but fair is how our home is governed but I really know who has who wrapped around their fingers.

Tonight Sarah and I will be going with another Dad/Daughter “Couple” to the St. Mary’s Church Dad/Daughter Dance. Sarah tells me it’s the biggest event of the year. I am thinking Easter and the whole Christ has Risen thing and that Advent/Christmas event is pretty special too. I’ll agree on this one however. It is a big night. A night for us to go out and for a young lady to be appreciated by her father. A night that hopefully plants a the seed that lets her understand that men respect ladies. Boys cherish girls and that respect and courtesy are expected…
