It is very unusual to see many of these butterflies, but they were in great numbers on the day I took this photo. They are very difficult to
photograph because they move quickly from one place to another and rarely settle down. When they do stop for a rest, it is
invariably with their wings closed, as in the bottom photo posted on December 4. Just as I was about to leave the
Garden, I noticed the Pink Cattleheart in the upper photo on a leaf with its wings open.
