Great photo. However, I don't think this is Trithemis aurora. I think it is, in fact, Macrodiplax cora (Kaup in Brauer, 1867), young male. Common names: Coastal Pennant, Crimson Basker and Coastal Glider.
The dorsal marking that runs along the abdomen is distinct. I haven't seen one yet as they are found in southern Thailand.
