Today marks the 1 year anniversary whereby I adopted an 8 week old (there about) kitten who had been left behind by neighbors. Whilst I heard that a kitten had been dumped, I had not yet seen her and after weeks alone, I thought the kitten would be gone for sure.

But coming home from work late on a cold wintery night, I was met at the doorstep by gorgeous 'meow'. I could not help but fall in love with Katish within moments of picking her up.

Arguing with myself that I could not take her as I already had a senior cat (one who can be quiet grumpy towards others), I knew deep in my heart what I must do.

And a year has passed and whilst there have been some adjusting issues from my senior cat, I am so grateful and happy to have been able to give Katish a new loving home.
