Taken at a small farm pond on Sherwood Road about 5 miles east of Aurora, NY. A flock of blue morph geese stay at this pond every spring during migration. Thousands of white morph Snow Geese winter on Cayuga Lake and Montezuma NWR but I've not see blue morph geese in the area during the winter, only during spring migration.
