Oil wristpin with moly grease and slide it into piston from rear-to-front. If tight, tap lightly using a piece of wood or long socket as a drift. If necessary, heat piston and put wristpin in freezer for a few minutes.
Place lint-free rag in opening of engine case to catch the circlip or wire clip, when it flies off the first 16 times you try to install it, so it doesn’t wind up inside your engine.
Circlip has a sharp edge and rounded edge; sharp edge faces inward, toward the piston.
