Set valve clearance.

0.10 mm intake, 0.20 mm exhaust

(/5's : 0.15 mm intake, 0.20 mm exhaust)
This isn't critical, as long as you err on the loose side (more clearance = looser). You can even go 0.15 mm intake and 0.25 mm exhaust. They may be a wee bit loud, but...
