Lighter close-up by Jason

on my desk

First time using some Kenko Extension Tubes mounted in front of my Tamron AF 90mm 2.8 Di.

Focusing was very tricky as this was my first time using any kind of tubes ... I didn't know that you can't really use the focus ring because it reduces the magnification. You have to simply move the subject/object around in front of the lens to get in focus (which makes composition a little tough as well).
The tricky part was the fact that everytime I would barely even touch the lighter, it would dart out of my field of view due to the high magnification factor.
Although this macro stuff is still new to me, I'm really enjoying it (and learning quite a bit from all the great photographers here as well!).

Hardly any pp except for some minor sharpening and a couple adj.layers as the pic came out pretty good - I had the aperture as small as possible (f22) to try and increase my focal plane but I still would've liked a little more DOF...

Thanks for any comments/suggestions

To whomever was asking about the EXIF...sorry about that. I created a droplet in ImageReady so I could esily convert my .psd files into a web-ready, reduced JPEG. Although I have the options checked to include the EXIF data in the JPEGs, for some reason, IR is stripping it. When I apply the same optimize to JPEG settings in Photoshop or ImageReady manually, the EXIF is included in the JPEG just fine - as evident in this pic ... ??? Any ideas?
